How can I pay?
By card or with crypto. Card plans renew automatically. Crypto pays for one period at a time, and you renew with a new payment.
Can I switch plans?
Upgrades apply right away and you pay only the difference for the days left. Downgrades and switching between monthly and yearly billing start with the next period.
What happens to unused checks?
Monthly checks reset on your renewal day. Checks from packs never expire and are spent after the monthly ones.
Which checks do you charge for?
Only clear answers from Discord. Names served from our cache and unclear answers are free.
Can I get a refund?
Within 7 days of payment, if you used less than 10% of the period's checks and got no personal drops in that period. One refund per account.
What happens if I cancel?
Your plan works until the end of the paid period, then you move to Free. Checks from packs stay on your balance.
